    Type I bag back blowing dust collector is widely used in steel mills, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, power plants and other enterprises smelting, crushing, screening and combustion produced by the dust purification and recovery.It is to protect the operator and people's physical and mental health, the growth of crops, wear and tear of mechanical equipment, pollution of social environment and useful dust recovery and utilization of effective equipment to reduce the cost;Inlet temperature 729 and 734 polyester fabric temperature resistance <1500℃;The temperature resistance of glass fiber cloth treated by three generations is less than 3000℃.

    Working principle of bag back blowing precipitator: bag back blowing precipitator is divided into positive pressure type (also known as pressing type) and negative pressure type (also known as suction type). This manual is introduced according to negative pressure type.

    Refers to the dust under the effect of negative pressure, the gas by each into the duct into the hopper, at the site of the air inlet is equipped with the choke plate, coarser dust fall into ash hopper by gravitational force, fine dust particles by the dust filter bag filter, and the adsorption on the lining of dust filter bag, net after purification of the gas by gas chamber, through the top equipment switching valve by the exhaust pipe inside the suction fan, then through the vent into the atmosphere.

     

    Structural characteristics of the bag type back-blowing dust collector

     

    1. The dust in the filter bag increases continuously, and the dust removal begins when the resistance increases to the specified value.

    2. The dust removal mode of the bag back blowing filter depends on the single-room back blowing mode. When the back blowing is done, the exhaust pipe is closed through the reversing valve, and the back blowing pipe is opened to cut off the single-room exhaust.

    3. Since the air inlet pipes in all rooms of the equipment are connected and all of them are in the state of negative pressure, due to the negative pressure suction effect of the adjacent chamber, the air flow is sucked into the filter bag room through the back-blowing air pipe. Through the filter bag, the air flow enters the inside through the outside of the filter bag, and is sucked into the adjacent room through the ash bucket and the air inlet pipe of the room.

    4. The dust inside the filter bag is then shaken off and settled in the dust bucket, completing the cleaning of a single room. The rest of the room is cleaned in the same order under the control of the cleaning actuator.
